Our Founder

The firm is led by Daniel Weinerman, a capital markets communications professional with over 20 years of experience advising publicly traded companies, institutions and organizations across the capital markets ecosystem.

About Daniel

Daniel’s career spans in-house and advisory roles across some of Canada’s most recognized names in financial communications. He spent nearly nine years at Hudbay Minerals, a TSX-listed copper and zinc producer, where he supported senior executives through investor meetings, quarterly disclosure, corporate rebranding and complex stakeholder situations.

 

He later led IR and communications programs for publicly traded companies in a variety of industries as a consultant for two large international communications consulting firms, where his work included providing strategic counsel across investor relations, crisis communications, shareholder activism, takeover defence and capital markets strategy.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Political Science) from the University of Western Ontario, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College (Dean’s Honour List), and the Certified Professional in Investor Relations (CPIR) designation from the Ivey Business School.
